"Delivery was much slower than expected"
I ordered from PhysioRoom expecting the item to show up within a few days, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would. The tracking wasn’t very helpful either, as it barely seemed to update, so I kept having to check back myself to see if anything had changed.
When it finally arrived, the product itself was fine, but by then I didn’t really need it as urgently anymore. Personally, I’d say the item was okay, but the slow delivery really put me off, so I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again.

"descriptions didn’t help much"
i was trying to figure out which one to get, but the product details were vague. ended up second-guessing myself and still didn’t feel sure i was picking the right thing.

"Packaging was sooo disappointing"
I ordered a knee support the packaging was bad. The box showed up crushed and kind of half open, with no extra padding or anything inside to keep it secure.
The item itself was okay thankfully, but it really didn’t feel like it had been taken care of at all. For what I paid for delivery, I expected wayyy better. I probably wouldn’t order again if this is how things usually arrive.

"Decent, but I felt a little awkward about the price"
It wasn’t bad overall, but I felt kind of embarrassed afterward because I realized I probably paid a bit more than I should have. The prices were okay, just nothing really stood out enough to make it feel worth it.

"Not a lot to pick from"
I was hoping they’d have more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A few things I needed just weren’t there, and for some stuff there was only this one basic option. I ended up going somewhere else to get the rest.

I ordered a medium, but it fits more like a small, which was frustrating. I tried reaching out, but the email responses felt like they were coming from robots and didn’t really address my issue. Kind of annoying overall.

"Took ages to get sorted after promises to follow up"
They did fix the issue in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. I was told they’d get back to me, then nothing happened, so I had to chase them twice. Frustrating when people make promises and then don’t follow through

"Return was fine, just kind of confusingly slow??"
I ordered a support but it didn’t end up fitting right, so I had to send it back. The return instructions were clear enough, but the refund took longer than I thought it would?? Customer service did get back to me when I reached out, just not very fast. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be a bit smoother

"Aftercare left me feeling let down"
I bought from physioroom and the ordering part was fine, but once the item arrived the aftercare was really poor. I contacted support with a few questions and the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It also felt like they were putting the blame on me rather than actually trying to help, which was frustrating. I wouldn’t be in a rush to use them again.

"Comfort was just okay for me"
They’re comfy enough at first, but after a while they didn’t feel great for me. Fine for short use, just not something I’d want to wear or use for a long stretch

"Didn’t really feel right to me"
I don’t know, using this site I just didn’t feel very sure about it. Some of the info was kind of unclear to me, and because of that ordering from there made me a bit worried. Maybe other people had a better time with it, but for me, trustworthy it didn’t really seem. I probably wouldn’t use physioroom.com again.

"Fits well and adjusts easily"
I bought this support from physioroom.com and overall I’m happy with it. It fits nicely, and the straps are really easy to adjust, even one-handed, which is handy because who wants to wrestle with straps when you’re already sore? It stays in place well too and doesn’t slip around much once it’s on. It did take me a couple of tries to get it sitting comfortably, but after that it was fine. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the sizing guide had been a bit clearer, as that part felt like a bit of a guessing game.

"Customer service took forever to reply"
I ordered a support and had a question about the delivery, but I didn’t hear anything back for what felt like several days. I tried both email and the contact form, and it was basically the same silence either way.
When someone finally replied, it was just a short, generic answer that seemed copied and pasted, and it didn’t really sort anything out. Frustrating when you’re waiting on something for an injury. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Knee brace was a letdown"
It showed up quickly, so I was hopeful at first, but the quality was disappointing. The material started wearing out way too fast, and it just felt cheap overall. Frustrating when you’re expecting something that’s actually going to hold up.

"Refund was unnecessarily slow"
I ordered from physioroom but ended up needing to return the item. The actual return process was fine, but the refund took far too long. I had to chase them a couple of times, and while support did respond, the replies felt a bit dismissive and not especially useful. I did get my money back in the end, but it was more hassle than it needed to be.

"Always out of stock when I need it"
I really needed this, but every time I checked, it was out of stock. After a while it felt like I was begging just for the chance to buy it, which got frustrating.
